In today’s post, I wanted to shine the spotlight on six people who stand out to me as having really great taste. Let’s talk about what makes their style unique, what we can learn and how we can take a leaf out of their book.
01 MICHELLELIN.LIN

Known for her minimalist style, content creator Michelle Lin frequently travels around places like London, Valencia and Tapei, sharing her film photography and fashion along the way. What stands out to me is a sense of ease about each of her looks that revolves around simplicity, oversized silhouettes and comfort. Trench coats feature a lot in her looks, likely because it’s perfect for unpredictable weather when travelling, as well as a comfortable pair of flats for all that sightseeing.
Most worn brands: ARKET, COS, Almada label and Lie Studio
How to emulate Michelle’s style
A long necklace: Michelle often adds a long cord necklace to her minimal looks to add visual interest
Leather ballet flats: Comfort is key! Loafers or ballet flats are her two most commonly worn shoes
Oversized trench coat: Michelle often wears a trench coat for all kinds of weather. Layer with a knitted sweater for cooler days or a simple white tee when it’s sunny.
Crossbody bag: I noticed that Michelle travels a lot and often wears a crossbody bag, which is likely for hands-free practicality.
White jeans: A lot of Michelle’s have an easy-going casual feel yet always feel put-together and white jeans are one way she achieves this.
02 TYLYNNNGUYEN

Tylynn Nguyen, a content creator and model based in sunny Calabasas, California, is pretty much the embodiment of elegance and minimalism. Her style feels refined, stripped back and free of unnecessary frills. While her colour palette mostly sticks to black and white, Tylynn adds depth through rich textures like silk, cashmere and crisp cotton. Every outfit feels clean, understated and refined.
Most worn brands: The Row, Wardrobe.NYC, Aeyde and Magda Butrym
How to emulate Tylynn’s style
White long-sleeve top: A cornerstone of Tylynn’s wardrobe. A fitted white tee/bodysuit will always serve as a valuable foundation for any minimalist’s wardrobe.
Blue jeans: If you’re on the hunt for your perfect pair, a solid starting point is Khaite’s Abigail jeans
Sandals: Strappy sandals are a common theme in Tylynn’s wardrobe, likely because they lend an effortlessly cool and relaxed feel to her more tailored looks.
Blazer: A blazer is a key part of Tylynn’s wardrobe. Whether it’s layered over a silk dress or worn with a white tank, jeans and sandals, a well-fitted blazer consistently adds that polished edge to her looks.
Belt: While accessories are kept to a minimum, a staple belt is a recurring element that anchors a lot of her casual looks.
03 DENISECHRISTENSENBC

Previously the CEO of Birger Christensen Collective, Denise was responsible for buying brands such as Dior, Celine and Valentino. She has since founded her own oh-so cool brand, REMAIN Birger Christensen. What immediately stands out to me about Denise’s style is how each of her looks are rich in texture, colour and prints. Based in Copenhagen, she effortlessly channels Scandi style, blending statement pieces with practical layering. Long fur coats and oversized knits are a staple in her wardrobe (a girl’s gotta keep warm!).
Most worn brands: REMAIN (founder), The Frankie Shop, COS and Prada
How to emulate Denise’s style
Wide-leg jeans: A true staple in Denise’s wardrobe, wide-leg jeans feature heavily in many of her looks.
Suede tote bag: I instantly noticed how prominent suede is in many of her looks. Coats, jackets, bags, you name it, suede is a very popular choice for Denise.
Pointed slingbacks: Pointed-toe shoes are another recurring theme. They help to balance baggier silhouettes with a polished touch.
Leather jacket: From leather trench coats to every kind of jacket imaginable, leather seems to be a cornerstone of Denise’s wardrobe.
Pearl necklace: A more subtle style element I noticed was that Denise often adds a pearl necklace to her looks. I think this is a great way to add contrast to more edgy fabrics like leather.
04 LEIASFEZ

Leia Sfez has been known as the certified French cool girl for quite some time now and it’s clear to see why. The Parisian fashion influencer, creative consultant and model is known for her effortlessly chic, understated style. She embodies the quintessential French girl aesthetic — effortlessly cool yet always put together. I would say Leia’s style errs on the side of classic pieces styled in an effortless, undone way.
Most worn brands: Chanel, Khaite, Agolde and Hermes
How to emulate Leia’s style
Leather pants: Leia often wears either leather pants or a leather skirt, usually pairing it with casual elements like a tank top.
Blue shirt: A classic cotton shirt goes a long way in Leia’s wardrobe, again, making the most of classic pieces styled in an undone way.
Chanel flap: It’s clear that Chanel is one of Leia’s favourite brands and a classic Chanel flap seems to be her go-to day-to-day bag!
Tank top: A trusty white tank top acts as a solid foundation to many of her looks, whether day or night.
Ballet flats: Ballet flats are a French girl classic and Leia sports her quite often with everything from dresses to jeans.
05 THEFASHIONGUITAR

Dutch-born Charlotte Groeneveld is a New York-based fashion influencer, known for her unique and eclectic style. What stands out to me about Charlotte’s style is that she has fun with fashion — something I think we need more of! She’s not afraid to try something unique, mixing and matching contrasting pieces. I would describe her style as being truly eclectic, always on-trend and a little unexpected.
Most worn brands: Dior, Chanel, Khaite and YSL
How to emulate Charlotte’s style
Faux fur jacket: There’s often one bold element about Charlotte’s looks and a faux fur jacket often achieves that, even if it’s paired with jeans and a tee.
Chunky sneakers: From party dresses to classic tweed blazers, chunky sneakers often make an appearance in her looks.
Colourful bag: I noticed that pops of bright colours are often used to contrast traditionally classic styles like tweed or check by adding a playful edge.
Festive knits: There’s a recurring theme of festive knits. These classic pieces are often paired with unexpected shoes or bags to add that modern contrast.
Sunglasses: The finishing touch to many of Charlotte’s looks is a pair of sleek and sharp sunglasses — they’re often the key to making eclectic looks feel polished.
06 ANNELAUREMAIS

Anne-Laure Mais, also known by her online pseudonym "Adenorah," is a French fashion influencer and founder of the brand Musier Paris. Similar to Leia, she also embodies that effortless cool that’s synonymous with Parisian chic, focusing on tailored pieces, minimalist basics and statement accessories. Her style can be described as a mixture of feminine accents, sporty elements and preppy appeal.
Most worn brands: Sezane, Dior, Prada and Adidas
How to emulate Anne-Laure’s style
Mini skirt: Mini skirts are a cornerstone of Anne-Laure’s wardrobe. No matter the season, chances are she’s sporting a mini skirt!
Mary Janes: Anne-Laure often mixes something sporty with a preppy mini skirt and feminine Mary Janes — a key formula to many of her looks
Leopard print: Anne-Laure likes to incorporate pops of leopard print through bags/shoes/mini skirts. These hints of animal print help break up the more minimal or classic elements.
Stripes: Stripes feature plenty in Anne-Laure’s wardrobe from shirts to trousers, adding that preppy appeal to a lot of her looks.
Leather jacket: Her go-to spring/fall outerwear seems to be a leather jacket. Often cropped and paired with blue jeans/tank tops/skirts.
