Raffia Bag: Recently came across theis brand, Muuñ, a French-Ghanaian brand that makes beautifully handwoven straw bags. It’s a distinct blend of traditional craftsmanship and Japanese-Scandinavian-inspired design. I love this design as a city tote, especially with a black tank, black trousers and flip flops.
YSL Necklace: A long necklace is the ultimate way to upgrade a tee or tank this summer. I know seashells are having a moment, and while I love them on others, I think I lean towards more classic styles. A slender gold necklace with a tassel feels like the perfect middle ground for me.
Other styles that hit the mark include this elegant Toteme piece:
Aeyde Sandals: How good are these? I love everything about them. They’re the perfect summer evening shoe. The low heel gives just enough lift without trying too hard, and the delicate strap wrapping around the ankle feels effortless but still a little considered.
Celine Sunglasses: Rarely do I go for this shape, but I’ve been feeling metal styles lately.
The Row Spring 2026: Obsessed with these new photos from The Row’s 2026 spring collection. There’s this soft, grainy quality to them, almost like an old magazine clipping. The clothes are incredible, obviously, but the way they’ve been captured is kind of perfect.
Dior Men’s Summer 2026: Speaking of 2026 shows, Jonathan Anderson has long been a favourite of mine and last week marked something new: his first collection since joining Dior. It’s a great read if you haven’t already seen it. Plus, the fisherman sandals are so unexpected for Dior and I love that.
Recently got this skirt from Zara that’s been going everywhere with me. Tank tops, shirts, everything. I love the crinkled tulle effect. I’m already picturing it with chunky lace-up boots and a big sweater when winter rolls around.
Mandarin Collar Shirt: I’ve had shirts on rotation a lot lately, and I’ve found myself craving some variation. After seeing this photo of Christine Arp (and then going down a Pinterest rabbit hole), I’ve been fixated on finding a Mandarin collar shirt. This one from Wardrobe.NYC is a dream, especially with the front panel detail. It’s got a real borrowed-from-the-boys feel that I find so chic.
Bits from the weekend
Had lunch at Girl & The Goose last weekend. I’ll spare you the food pics (trying not to become that person, lol), but it was very good. Also — finally wore my Olsen-coded Tevas out for 2 days in a row and can confirm: they’re genuinely so comfortable. The foam sole is ridiculously soft. And this means a lot coming from me, trust me, shoes always kill me, so this is high praise!
Have a lovely weekend,
Til next time,
Sophie xx
Outfitted: Sandal Season Has Arrived...
Following up on a recent post where we chatted about how to make summer outfits feel a little more styled, I thought I’d show some real examples, this time with a focus on sandals. They’re the perfect way to lean into that high-low energy. They instantly relax an outfit, making it feel more effortless. I truly think this is why the Olsens are so often s…
